instructions:
- Make a 5.5x4.25 top-fold card from cardstock; round bottom corners.
- Cut a 5.5x4.25 piece of blue patterned paper; adhere to cover card front; sew around edges.
- Cut a 4x3.75 piece of yellow paper; adhere to card front; stitch edges.
- Sand edges of chipboard frame.
- Print sentiment on white cardstock; adhere on back of chipboard frame; stitch around edges.
- Adhere chipboard to card; die-cut a scalloped border and adhere; add ric rac.
- Tie a knot with ribbon and adhere on top of frame; add flower and button.
