Welcome to day nine of our 12 Days of Holiday Giving Event! Creating handmade additions to your gifts doesn’t have to be complicated, and using the same supplies to create multiple projects is not only a time-saver, but creates a beautiful ensemble! Let’s take a look at how design team member Latisha Yoast did that today, and don’t forget to leave a comment on the post to enter today’s fantastic partner giveaways!

Hello and Happy Holidays to all of our readers near and far. It’s Latisha here with you today, sharing a Christmas ensemble of gift wrap, a tag, and a card. Making a coordinated gift set is always so fulfilling and so much fun! The patterned paper, stamps and dies that I used today are from our friends at The Stamp Market

Supplies | Stamps: The Stamp Market; Dies: The Stamp Market, Lawn Fawn; Cardstock: The Stamp Market, Lawn Fawn; Patterned Paper: The Stamp Market; Glue: Gina K Designs; Adhesive: Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L; Twine: Lawn Fawn; Sequins: The Stamp Market

First up is this traditional Christmas card. There is something about the colors red and green together that evoke the “it’s Christmas!” feeling. The trees were stamped onto the top center of the white cardbase using a green ink with the Winter’s Wispy Trees stamp set. Next, the sentiments were stamped in red ink onto white cardstock then die cut using the Merry & Magical stamps and coordinating die set.

The border and the Just Add Ribbon die cut were created with the Merry & Magical 6×8 patterned paper pad and were adhered to using foam adhesive. To embellish crystal confetti sequins were glued to the card front.

Don’t tell my son, but inside this wrapped gift is a new phone. The phone was wrapped using the 12×12 Merry & Magical paper. And thanks to social media, I learned a new way to wrap a present with room for tags or ephemera. So cool!

Inside the little front fold flaps on this present, I was able to stuff it full with die cuts from the Winter Wreath die set. The “falala” sentiment was stamped in red ink, then die cut with the coordinating die, then adhered with foam adhesive. A simple cord of red and white twine was added as well as a glittered die cut bow.

How can you give a gift away without a tag to finalize this trio?! I started by die cutting patterned paper with the ornament die. In contrast, the “merry & magical” sentiment was stamped in Versamark ink onto red cardstock. The sentiment was heat embossed with white embossing powder, then die cut with a coordinating die and adhered to the tag. After the ribbon die was cut from glitter cardstock, it was adhered to the tag with foam adhesive, and twine was added to the ornament hole at the top.

The patterned paper, stamps, and dies in your stash can be used for so much more than a card. Stretch yourself this year by using it up to create fun gift ensembles! Happy Holidays to each and every one of you!
