Hello, everyone! This past weekend we shared a four-day event with 2900 of our closest cardmaking friends, Crop & Create Delivered Cardmaking, and we’d love to share a peek inside the fun that we had!

The excitement really kicks off when boxes ship, and we love seeing our attendees begin to post all of their box photos once they start landing on their doorsteps! Some of our attendees are #teamnopeek, meaning, they don’t open the box until our unboxing live event, while others are #teamripitopen, and must check out their box contents right away! No matter what group you’re in, it’s an exciting time as we all cheer for those who have their box delivered.

Our live unboxing event with SCT and Crop & Create founder Catherine Tachdjian is always SO fun, and this time, she invited creative team member Virginia Nebel to the SCT studio to check out the box contents! Team #nopeek finally got to see their box contents and team #ripitopen got to find out more about their class kits!

This was our first four-day Crop & Create Delivered event, and we kicked it off on Thursday, March 23rd, sharing classes from the fantastic instructors above! Take a look at what some of our attendees created throughout the weekend:

On Thursday, Laura enjoyed using Colorista markers with Sara Davies for Crafter’s Companion to watercolor beautiful cards!

Sue Moody had a great time, and created three beautiful cards with Meghann Andrew on Thursday night using our SCT-exclusive stamp, stencil, and die set!

On Friday morning, Kimber created these beautifully detailed die-cut cards with Kim Kesti for Spellbinders!

Annette created these soft and pretty floral cards with Taylor VanBruggen from Taylored Expressions on Friday afternoon which we just loved!

On Saturday, Gina Krupsky with Gina K. Designs kicked off the day with ink blending and die-cutting techniques that produced beautiful cards, as shown here by Carolin!

Christopher Alan with Brutus Monroe finished our day off with three lovely cards featuring fresh florals and lovely sentiments, as shown here by Marjel.

On Sunday, Cathy Zielske kicked the final day off in her “C-Z like Sunday morning” style with ink-blended cards using Concord & 9th products AND their new, unreleased colours! Check out how Karen showed them off here!

On Sunday afternoon Deona created these happy pop-up cards with Michelle from Pink & Main that we just loved!

To finish off the inspiration, Jennifer McGuire gave us amazing ideas on how we can mix and match our event box supplies to get creative! We always love seeing Jennifer’s “mix-it-up” video!

One of our favourite aspects of the weekend is our wonderful Crop & Create community! Our attendees create not only cards, but a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our group—whether online in our Facebook group or in person, as some of them gathered together to create like Janet and her friends above!

We cannot thank our wonderful partners and sponsors enough for providing their best (and exclusive!) designs for our attendees to create with, and for sharing their talented instructors with us to represent their brands!

This was just a highlight of the amazing weekend that we shared. It was about SO much more than creating cards, and we have our founder Catherine Tachdjian to thank for bringing us all together, and coordinating all of our favourite manufacturers into one event! But we can’t go without thanking the wonderful Gina Krupsky from Gina K. Designs for hosting us again in her beautiful studio! We loved seeing these two together again for this event!
