Hey there, friends! It’s Meghann Andrew with you today to remind you to get your magical theme park moments in your album! Today’s pocket page records a day spent in Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World with my teammate Latisha Yoast, over a year ago! I thought it was past time to get these memories documented, and I used Scrapbook.com Simple Scrapbooks products and the Simple Stories Say Cheese at the Park collection to help! Take a look!

Supplies | Scrapbook.com: Simple Scrapbooks Enchanted Theme Park cards, Simple Scrapbooks Magical Theme Park cards; Simple Stories: Say Cheese Fantasy at the Park 12 x 12 cardstock stickers, Say Cheese at the Park Bits & Pieces ephemera, Say Cheese at the Park sticker book, Say Cheese at the Park washi tape; Say Cheese at the Park 12 x 12 cardstock stickers, Say Cheese Frontier at the Park 12 x 12 cardstock stickers; Gina K. Designs: Disco Ball sequins; Therm O Web: Gina K. Designs permanent adhesive dot runneriCraft 3D foam tape; Project Life: Design G pocket page

When you come home from your favorite theme park, even if only for a day, you will have a library full of photos! The best way I have found to tackle recording all of these moments is by creating pocket pages! They hold a lot of photos on one page, you can keep them as simple, or make them as detailed as you choose, and there are great products on the market to help you make them quickly and easily! The Simple Scrapbooks products from Scrapbook.com are the perfect products to grab to create the base of your pages once your photos are printed.

I chose mainly the Enchanted Theme Park cards to give me a pink, teal, and golden yellow color scheme, then accented with cards from the Magical Theme Park cards to add touches of black and white.

Once the Simple Scrapbooks cards were in place, I realized that they coordinated perfectly with the Simple Stories Say Cheese at the Park collection, especially the Fantasy at the Park products included in the collection. Their pink, teal, and golden-yellow hues worked perfectly with the cards! I began adding simple and thoughtful embellishments. When you have a lot to document and get into pockets, keeping it simple is my biggest recommendation! Even though my additions may have been simple, I still used Therm O Web iCraft 3D foam tape to pop them up for dimension.

When creating decorative pockets, or pockets that do not hold photos or journaling, I tend to connect them with the adjoining photo, as I did here with the sweet Dumbo pocket.

Sometimes, a photo needs just a little bit of embellishment to add a point of interest, and this oval sticker from the Say Cheese Fantasy at the Park 12 x 12 cardstock stickers was perfect to add to the corner of the Cinderella photo. Not every photo should be embellished, but adding purposeful elements along the spread can help to draw your eye around the page.

Along with the cards reserved for journaling, and cards that included a pattern only, I chose three sentiment cards that needed little embellishment at all, like this “it all started with a mouse” card from the Enchanted Theme Park cards. A few Gina K. Designs sequins and a die cut or two added the perfect finishing touches!

I had so much fun putting this spread together in only 30 minutes, and I have more photos to document on subsequent pages. It’s a good thing I have plenty more of these products from Scrapbook.com and Simple Stories to use! I hope that this post has inspired you to print your magical theme park photos and get them into your album—perhaps in an easy-to-create pocket page!
