Clean & Simple with Cathy Z.: Simple Emboss Resist Card Project + Video Tutorial

Hi everyone! Welcome to another installment of Clean & Simple with me, Cathy Z! Today I’ve got a simple card project featuring one lovely floral stamp from Close To My Heart, and some basic emboss resist ink blending. This is a really simple tip and you don’t need a lot of supplies in your stash to recreate it!

My goal with this simple encouragement card was to create a very soft blend of inks, so I stuck with just pinks for the blooms and one green for the leaves and foliage.

I really love the positive nature of this sentiment that says, “We rise by lifting others.” I thought this would be a lovely card project to send to a friend who is out there doing good things for others, but maybe isn’t getting all the credit she or he may deserve. Not that giving is about getting recognized, but I say, let’s tell people what a wonderful job they are doing.
