Hello there SCT fans! It’s Nicole here to share a new process video in my “Designed With” Nicole series. This month, I am going back to the basics with one of my favorite scrapbooking staples: cardstock! Cardstock is such a versatile product, you can use it in so many ways, and today’s project just hits the tip of the iceberg!

Supplies | Cardstock: Hero Arts; Alphabet stickers: Simple Stories; Stickers: American Crafts; Digital cut files: Silhouette and JustNick Studio; Stamps and ink: Close to My Heart; Punches: Fiskars; Adhesive: Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L; Other: buttons, crochet twine, fringe scissors

Sometimes you just need to take a step back and head back to basics. Cardstock is one of those staples in my scrapbook stash that keeps growing and I just forget to use it!

I chose a variety of colors and used simple techniques and tools to incorporate the cardstock into my project.

This is also a great opportunity to bring out some of your other basic supplies like punches, dies, stencils, embossing folders, and stamps. The possibilities are endless!

All that really holds you back is your imagination with this one. I hope you sit back, grab something to drink and create along with me!

Thanks for joining me today
