Hello there SCT fans! It’s Nicole here to continue on with another video in my “Designed With” series! This month, I am dusting off my punches again to create different flowers for my scrapbook page.
Supplies | Patterned paper, stickers, die cuts: Echo Park Paper Welcome Spring collection; Cardstock: American Crafts; Adhesives: Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L; Enamel Dots: Simple Stories, Doodlebug Designs
Punches and dies are some of the best investments in my ever-growing scrapbook tool stash! I just can’t get enough punches, as they are so easy and quick to use. Today, I am using six different punches to create different flowers on my page.
I used a few standard floral punches as they were, but used a paper folding technique to add some simple dimension and texture to the punched shapes!
It is so easy to mix up different shapes and patterns of paper to create your own embellishments for your project.
I hope you sit back, grab something to drink and join me with a few of your favorite punches, and create along with me as you watch my process video:
Thanks for joining me today, and I hope this project helps you to dust off your punches and look at them in a new way!
