Today we are featuring our Father’s Day collection all about the special men in our lives! From dads and grandpas to uncles, brothers, friends, and more, we LOVE them all! This collection is perfect for highlighting memorable moments or crafting the perfect gift card! Who doesn’t love a good layout of the best memories? Or a handmade card made especially for that favorite guy? Or maybe a little tag for that gift you purchased? Jodi (@makeaprettylife) created a fun mix of projects to show you today so that you can go create your own before Father’s Day sneaks up on you! All of these projects were created with our Father’s Day Simple Set and our coordinating Color Vibe papers and buttons!
Let’s take a closer look at each so you can create your favorite! On our first project, we created a personalized card by adding a mini photo to it! Isn’t that so fun? We printed this photo at home on our own, but you can also use those cute index prints that come with photos that you print at your local store—just make sure to ask for one to be included! The mini photos are also great for little embellishments on your layouts, too! Simply cut out a tag, add your selected Simple Set Father’s Day products, some stitching, and a bow, and this card is customized to perfection!
For a more general card, try this cute pocket card—this one is great for adding cash or a gift card into the little pocket in front! Pick your favorite designs and tuck them into the pocket along with any gift card, etc. you might want to include! And don’t forget a nice note inside!
Our last card is for the guy that just loves golf—or even if he doesn’t, the pun alone is cute enough for any guy to appreciate! That fun golf-style gingham, along with the ‘par’ 3×4 card makes for a quick and easy handmade card and lets them know they are the best in your eyes!
For a really quick tag, simply use one of the 3×4 cards in the collection and matte it with coordinating Color Vibe paper! I just loved that ‘mower’ one for my hubby since he loves his lawn! Attach it to your gift sack with a fun ‘junk bow’ and you’ve got another very quick, but a fun customized gift!
Finally, don’t forget to HIGHLIGHT those memories in a layout! This project is in an 8.5 x 11 format (my preferred size, but could easily be matted onto a 12×12 page and look amazing!) The colors in this collection are great for both color and black-and-white photos so I opted to use both for a nice mix! This layout is pretty clean with fun clusters and multiple photos! There are so many fun options, even in our smaller Simple Sets collections, that you will find all you need to highlight Dad, Grandpa, Uncle, or a friend!

Sadly my father passed away over 20 years ago but we still celebrate him every year with a bbq and some “project” at our camp. Usually time for a swim too which was his favourite way to clean up after working on the unending project list ! This would be a fun collection to play with tho !

I will definitely be celebrating what a wonderful father my husband is. There’s nothing he wouldn’t do for either of our two children, and even for me. The sad part of Father’s Day however is that I have to visit the cemetery to celebrate my Dad. The greatest father ever. My dad raised three children by himself in the 70’s and 80’s. My mother remarried, and then relocated to Florida, leaving her three children in New York. That’s where my dad raised them by himself.
I will be celebrating Father’s Day with my sweet son who I raised as a single Mother and am his Father and Mother. I am sad because Father’s Day is hard for me since both of my folks passed away together a few years ago so the holidays are just not the same without them. I will do something special though with my son on this day to celebrate my Father and Grandfather’s memory.
My husband and I will be traveling to my daughter’s home to celebrate with her family. We will also spend some time with our three sons who are amazing fathers. I will be remembering my father and feeling gratitude for all he did for our family.
