Can you believe it is already August!? Where is the summer going? Well, August is here and so is another free cut file! Today’s file is great because it is all about the options! You can cut it out and use each piece together, or individually or even split between a few projects. Would be great to use in a minibook with your summer travel plans, or even a page about the everyday like I did.
Here it is:
I decided to use the circles on my page in a row to create my own pattern. I went in a completely different direction with the cut file than I envisioned when I first created it.
Supplies: Patterned paper, Stickers, Foam & Clear alphas, Wood Buttons, Flair, (American Crafts), Self Adhesive Cardstock (Silhouette America)
I started off my diecutting the entire image out of out Self Adhesive cardstock and then added my papers in behind the design. I added stitching and some embellishments to each circle and worked them up the middle of my page.
I used a lot of black and white on the page as the circles and bright patterns could easily get very busy – and the white of the cut file shapes keep it all unified.
Again, here is the final layout:
Thanks again for stopping by the blog today – I hope you will enjoy this freebie and will stop by again next month for another one!
