Good morning cut file fans! Nicole back with another free cut file and this one is perfect for SPRING!
Okay, who is ready for spring!! I know that I sure am! I couldn’t resist creating a simple rainbow pattern for this month’s free design – hope you like it! Here is the project I created with it.
Supplies: Patterned Paper: Simple Stories, Shimelle, Dear Lizzy, Bella Blvd, Fancy Pants Designs; Stamps: Lawn Fawn; Watercolors: Prima; Nuvo Drops; Stamps: Amy Tangerine for SCT Magazine; Embroidery Floss
Once I cut out the rainbow from various patterned papers and adhered them, I knew the project needed a little something extra. I hand stitched rows of stitching between each arch in the rainbow to add a little texture and whimsy too!
Not gonna lie, all that stitching gave me some hand cramps – but I love it, so it was worth it right? Next I added my title and stamped the word “maker” using these great outline stamps by Lawn Fawn, coloring in with Prima watercolor paints. So easy and fun to do too!
