I have asked Rachel Lowe to join me on the blog this month! I asked Rachel to send in any sort of project that she was inspired to create with this cut file and look at what she created:

RachelSupplies: Patterned Paper: Pebbles; Wood Veneers: Shimelle; Color Shine: Heidi Swapp

“How stunning is this floral cut file!  I have cut this in black cardstock and then used a patterned paper piece to back the actual flowers.  I have added some white cardstock flourishes over the black by cutting another in the white cardstock. I have also added wooden flair buttons to the centres of the larger blooms and  patterned  paper centres on the smaller blooms.” ~ Rachel

I created this page using this lovely cut file!

ThankfulSupplies: Patterned paper, diecuts: Pebbles; Cardstock: American Crafts; Thickers: Pebbles; Foil and adhesive: Thermoweb

I couldn’t resist leaving this cut file alone and using it as a simple layering piece behind my photo. Although it looks great with patterned papers backing it, I wanted to use it almost like a doily on my project. I added some Thermoweb Deco Foil in gold to the center of the diecut flowers using their wet adhesive for a fun effect.
