I was so thrilled to be invited by Nicole to be the guest here for this month's free cut file! I love the cut file that Nicole created, it inspired me to get creating as soon as I saw it. It definitely spoke summer to me and had me reaching for bright colours and a fun photo of my grandson! As you can see I used the sunglasses cut file as my main focal area, which acts as both a title and a "home" for my photo. I also used some of the other pieces of the cut file as embellishments, which included turning one into a sequin shaker.
I also used the sunglasses as a main focal point on my page:

I was able to diecut some smaller script font words and add them along the upper edge of the sunglasses to add to my title work. I love the ombre like feel you get from the paper by Pink Paislee too! Along with some other diecut shapes from the freebie, I added in some pre-made diecuts by Fancy Pants Designs!
