Happy Friday, SCT friends!!! Has another week really passed us? Is time flying for you the way it is for us around here? What is one thing you accomplished this week? It could be sitting down to create a project you’ve been wanting to, it could be catching with a friend, it simply might be you cooked a dinner this week. And hooray for that! Tell us in the comments what you’ve been up to this week. We always love to hear!
This week we were busy and in many different directions. Online class prep, the winter issue is in for design and we are getting ready for our next events. Today as we were preparing to send off two large pallets to our Crop & Create Saskatoon event, we came across an extra collection in our box from our friends at Simple Stories. We just had to share it with one lucky reader today! Feast your eyes on this…
“The beauty and wonder of Christmas are all wrapped up in the Simple Vintage Collection by Simple Stories. This seasonal collection is designed by artist Katie Pertiet and showcases her beautiful vintage artwork of Christmas trees, holly, mistletoe, Santa, lace and so much more. You will particularly want to pay attention to the new number tag embellishments that include numbers 1 through 31 that are perfect for an advent calendar or documenting your December daily festivities.”
Isn’t it gorgeous? Does it need a home in your craft space? For an opportunity to win this collection from Simple Stories, be sure to comment on what you did this week OR something you hope to accomplish next week. Leave your comment by Thursday, November 1st. Good luck!
And from all of us here at SCT, have a great weekend!

Oh no! If a chance to win this great prize pkg is based on crafty accomplishments this week….I got nothing! To be honest my week was a disaster between trying to catch up at work after 2 weeks off and covering for another nurse crafting didn’t add up. Also took my Grandson skating and drove 2 hours and back to a wake of a close friend. Sorry folks…just stating the facts but life got in the way! Maybe next week….good luck everybody and thanks to SCT!
I completed a layout for a FB challenge in a group I belong to. I had to use green, orange and purple. Completed it one afternoon, a first for me, as I usually take 2 days or 2 weeks, lol.
