Hello and happy Thursday SCT friends! We are so excited to feature two beautiful cards today, created by Jessica Spencer and Caly Person from the Lawn Fawn team, using the fun and innovative Magic Iris die!
First up, let’s check out Jess’ super fun birthday card featuring the new Magic Iris die set and the Magic Iris Add-On:
We love how Jess used the Magic Iris Add-On to integrate the interactive element into this sweet scene! She used the Stitched Balloon Frames set to create the fantastic glittery yellow balloon (she also cut the “sausage” pieces in Magic Iris from the same yellow glitter cardstock from the Spring Sparkle cardstock pack) that opens to reveal a message inside, created with the Reveal Wheel Circle Sentiments, a perfect fit with the Magic Iris!
The background was made with the help of our new Cloudy Stencil and Grassy Stencil, blended with Distress Oxide inks in Tumbled Glass, Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron!
Jessica mixed and matched lots of sets to create this amazing card! She used sweet images from Butterfly Kisses and the cute birds are from Yay, Kites! and Big Scripty Words! One of the birds is towing the cute banner from Plane and Simple!
Caly has created an adorable card showing another way to use the Magic Iris!
Caly combined A Bug Deal with the new Dandy Day 6×6 papers! We love how she inked the edge of the Magic Iris to give it lots of pretty color and dimension!
Caly used a Simple Wavy Banner and Wavy Sayings to add a sweet greeting! The Magic Iris opens to reveal a cute ladybug enjoying a snack!
We just love these beautiful cards! Thanks so much for sharing with us today, Jess & Caly! Be sure to check out all of the amazing, creative possibilities using the Magic Iris die set on the Lawn Fawn blog and Instagram feed!

So cute!! I love interactive cards of just about any kind, but the magic iris might be my favorite of all time. Well…except for perhaps the magic changing picture cards. I think they may be tied for first place.
