There’s nothing worse than completing a
layout, only to notice that you have a typo
in your journaling! Not only did Sheri come up
with a quick fix for this mishap, but her repair
became an additional design element on her
page!
To fix her mistakes, Sheri rewrote the words
that she had misspelled onto a coordinating
shade of cardstock. Then she simply trimmed
out the words and glued the small pieces of
paper over the misspelled words. It was an easy
fix and gave more dimension and interest to her
journaling spot.

If you are short on time, simply reprint your
entire journaling piece, trim it out and glue it
over the old one.

Cover the journaling block with coordinating
patterned paper and embellishments, then
move the journaling to another area of the
page.

Cover the typo with a small label sticker,
then hand-write the correct word over the
top of the label.

For a more humorous fix, leave the typo in
place and write “oops” above it, along with a
smiley face.
