My
expert
layout is where the little details
really make the page shine. Again, I fussy cut
the sunburst from the patterned paper, but re-
placed the pen stitches with machine stitching.
I added subtle background stamping, a die cut
title and a swag of die cut pennants above my
layering photos. Small embellishments dot the
page, making this layout entirely my own and
true to my style.
For my
detailed
layout, I fussy cut the sun
burst from yellow patterned paper, outlining
each ray with faux pen stitches. I added some
dictionary patterned paper to the bottom sec-
tion of the layout and replaced part of the
title with bright orange letter stickers and kraft
tags. Additional embellishments, such as deco-
rative washi tape and enamel dots, give the
layout texture and dimension. I carried forward
the blue cardstock foundation for continuity.
