challenge:
retro
products
In fashion, they say trends come back
around every 10-20 years. Although
our papercrafting industry is very
young, we have noticed a couple of
embellishments already making a
resurgence: mesh tape and eyelets.
Perhaps mesh rolls have been in the
bottoms of our stash drawers for so
long because none of us were sure
just what to do with it. Now, with
today’s new products, just think of
the possibilities.
Eyelets, no doubt, found their way
into storage jars because our
households hated the loud pounding
we made at two in the morning, trying
to set the little buggers
!
That
problem has been solved with the
(very quiet) Crop-A-Dile eyelet setter
by We R Memory Keepers.
See below for some of Vicki’s ideas
for using mesh tape and eyelets on
your next project.
