One of the things I love about the arrival of spring is the actual
changing of the season—how Mother Nature dusts off Old Man
Winter and brings a fresh start to everything. With change in mind,
we have dusted off a few sections of Scrapbook & Cards Today,
and are very excited to bring you several new features for 2014.
Vicki Boutin has refreshed her popular Designer Notebook series,
which we have renamed Project: Trend. Turn to page 18 to see her
report on the popularity of frames. For our cardmakers, we've
added a new article called Card Café. It is debuting on page 37 with
