So excited to be on the SCT blog today sharing a little Doodlebug Design love fresh from the SPC Mixed Media show in Salt Lake City, Utah last week.  Catherine and I had a great time checking out all of the fun new releases coming soon and we made a special trip to the Doodlebug Design offices where some serious magic happens!

DB1

I have to tell you…this place was AMAZING!!!!  Each office a different Doodlebug signature color, inspiring art everywhere and a most epic and CLEAN warehouse!

DB2

Doodlebug has been one of my personal favourites for what seems like forever.  Every release is bright, whimsical and COLOURFUL!!!!  This drawer of buttons from their craft room (seriously mind blowing room!) pretty much sums their wonderfulness up…

DB3

Meet Cynthia…the QUEEN of Doodlebug…she has a good dash of crazy fun in her…my kind of girl!  Here she is showing off the brand new Petite Prints (swoon).

DB4

Take a look at this sweet card that her team created using the Petite Prints…

DB5

I KNOW!!!!  Isn’t it SWEET!!!

Catherine and I spent awhile touring the building and “ooh-ing” and “awe-ing” at every turn.  This pillow in Cynthia’s office kind of summed it all up…

DB6

These ladies have a SPARKLE that radiates bright and shiny!!

DB7

Thanks Cynthia and Tonya for inviting us into your uber awesome creating space!!!!!!

My visit to where all of the Doodlebug magic happens inspired me to create a little something with this sweet line… “Kitten Smitten.”

DB8Take a look…

DB9

This is Teddy…my brother cat.  He is my Mom’s sweet kitty and I grabbed a few photos of hime the last time I visited.  Puurect photo for this line!

See these diecuts…I have been waiting for this addition to the Doodlebug line up forever!  LOVE them!!!

DB15Don’t you just love them?!?!?!?

DB12I added a little of this new product I bought to try out…Nuvo Embellishment Mousse in Indian Gold…super pretty and easy to use!

Here is a closer look.

DB14

I layered a second smaller photo with a white border over the 5×7 photo of Teddy to draw the focus to his beautiful eyes.  Love the effect!

Ok! That’s it for me! Thanks for stopping by! Don’t forget…Make time to make!!!
