I would use the simmer flakes in a shaker card.
I am on team shaker card for the shimmer flakes, though I would probably pick out some individual flakes to use instead of sequins to embellish cards as well.
I would use the shimmer flakes to make a graduation card, layout and mini album for my daughters’s University Grad this year.
