Hello SCT scrappers! It’s Lisa Dickinson here today with a crazy idea—have you ever thought to do a layout ABOUT your layouts? I was totally inspired to try this when I saw this month’s free cut file created by Paige Evans. It’s a perfect title for a page all about scrapbooking! Take a look:

Here’s my layout inspired by this cut file:
Supplies | Cardstock: Bazzill Basics; Patterned paper, epoxy stickers, tags: Bella Blvd You Are My Sunshine Collection; Pen: American Crafts; Digital die cutting machine: Silhouette Cameo; Adhesive: Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L; Other: sewing machine
How fun is this cut file when used as a big, bold page title?! I cut it from white cardstock and then filled some of the negative spaces with bright patterned papers from Bella Blvd. This is a great way to incorporate lots of color and pattern to your page because each paper is “framed” with the borders of the die cut, keeping it organized!
I selected eight layouts to feature on this page and reduced them to 2.5” square before printing them on photo paper. The mini layouts are a perfect way to feature my love of the hobby, but you could easily replace them with photos from a crop or creative retreat!
A few epoxy and puffy stickers are all this page needed for a bit of embellishment. I love the texture and dimension these cute stickers add to a page!
How would use this fabulous cut file? We’d love to see your creations that celebrate all things paper, scissors & glue! Download this freebie HERE, then share your creation with us by tagging @sctmagazine and using the #sctmagazine hashtag on social media!

OMG that is the perfect way to use this file! I was just telling a friend that I wanted to do a mini book about the layouts people are creating for my 500 YT subscriber hop, and this could be even better! Thanks for sharing!
