What I love most about the month of August is that it’s the bounty of summer … when the flowers are blooming, the garden is producing, and a reminder that, for those of us who live in more seasonal climates, to soak up the remaining warmth and activities of summer.
I love that August is the prime of summer. The weather is perfect and we can get outside and enjoy it. Thank you SCT for the month long giveaways. So fun!
I love all the birthdays our family shares in August. So many celebrations and get togethers. It is such a happy time for us.
Back to School Sales and cool long nights!
There are several reasons that I love the month of August. 1st, school starts! I still am excited on the first day of school with my students coming into see me. 2nd, I have 5 birthdays in the month, including mine….so… PARTY!
In August I always head to the Minnesota State Fair and walk, make memories and enjoy people watching along with eating food on a stick! SCT has awesome events, thank you for the opportunity to win.
What I love about August is that it is the middle of summer, and my yard is looking good with all the flowers and the days and evenings are beautiful – I could just sit outside and soak it all in!
What I love most about August is our final vacation before school starts-love spending time with the extended family before the hustle and bustle of fall!

What I love most about August is the feel of late summer air, the feeling of what’s on the horizon. The memories of new school clothes, school supplies and the excitement of new friends and classes.

What I love about August is the hot weather, teaching summer swim lessons at my local pool, family birthdays and getting my Japanese anime cosplays prepared for my anime convention in November and making memories with those I love. I also love scrapbooking my summer memories from the past. Thank you for a month of crafty fun!

Well it’s mid-summer in August but in Arizona too early to think about cooler weather. Our son is grown but August always reminded me of back to school and it still reminds me of his birthday!
August brings us the Iowa State Fair, the anticipation and excitement of a new school year and the start of the football season!! Such an exciting month!
August is a mixed bag for me. I love the Iowa State Fair, but I could do without the heat and humidity. It is also the start of another school year, so I spend time prepping for the beginning of the school year and the next round of students. So many mixed emotions this month.
