Hello SCT friends! Today we are happy to feature an adorable card that uses products from the February and March Pink and Main releases, as well as a few staple products! Today’s card was made in Tokyo by Donna Lewis

The background for this card was made using the Petite Petals stencil and a mix of inks in warm colors. The stencil was taped to a piece of cardstock, and the colors blended on randomly. This piece was then cut using the second largest of Pink and Main’s Stitched Rectangles 2 dies.

Next, the truck from the Seasonal Truck Stamp set and the elephant from Ears to You were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloured with Copic markers, using the colors shown. Highlights were added to these elements with white gel pen.

The sentiment comes partly from the Ears to You stamp set, and the word love was cut using three layers of red paper and Pink and Main’s newly released Thin Alpha Dies. These letters were highlighted with white gel pen, and given a generous coat of Glossy Accents at the end!

To construct the card, Donna used foam tape at every opportunity, giving a layered look to the final result. The balloon strings were drawn freehand with a black marker.

Combining products is a great way to get more from them, and to stretch your supplies. This card is a sweet example of how four different sets can come together to make one fun project!
