Hello all of my sweet friends!  So happy to be back!

Septembermemoryplanner (1 of 23)

Wow….September was such a whirlwind month!  For me it was full of weddings, family time and of course…embracing this changing season with MANY photo opportunities.

I really worked hard this month at filling my planner with photos.  I had captured so many little moments that I wanted to remember so I really wanted to make a point to print them and enjoy them rather than leaving them on my iPhone or computer.

So today I want to not only share my Memory Planner pages with you this month, but I also came up with a fun DIY way to create a photo journal insert for your planner.  This way, I was able to capture everything I needed to on my actual Memory Planner pages without having to sacrifice on space.  This photo journal insert also allows me to have more room to add MORE photos!

So let's begin my planner tour so I can show you exactly what I am talking about!

Filling up the calendar is always fun. I even added a few photos right onto my calendar this month.

Continuing to write more in my planner pages has been working out for me so far.  It still is very much a conscious effort, but SO worth the time.  All of these little moments recorded that I know I really would forget had I not wrote them down.

Remember that photo journal insert I was talking about?  Let me show you exactly what I meant.

What I did was create a booklet for my planner that would be an actual "mini album" in my planner.  I love this because now I can fill it with extra photos and memories of the month that I may not have had room for otherwise.  Sometimes you just cannot leave anything out!

You can see that I even used my Typecast to add in extra journaling!  Have you got your hands on one yet?  It seriously is the best.  I use mine all the time.

As you can see I still need to work these next few days on adding in some journaling and notes but as we finish up this week and I add in the rest of my photos I know it will come together so easily now that I have a place to put them.

I wanted to share how I created this little photo journal insert (it really is SO easy) and takes minutes.  Here is a quick youtube video demonstration you can watch.  If you are anything like me and love taking photos during the month of September this tutorial may come in handy for you too.

Wasn't that SO quick and easy?  Plus it looks so cute in a planner.  Also, what a perfect way to use up a stash of scrapbook paper!  I know we all have them ;)

And now the rest of the months pages:

Thank you again SO very much for taking the time to check out what I have been up to.  I love sharing my passion and I hope that you all try creating your own photo journal insert this month for your planner.  It is such a great way to celebrate those priceless treasures.
