step 1 – Supplies (cardstock, 1/2″ circle punch, ruler, pencil)
step 2 – Using a ruler and pencil, mark 1″ intervals lightly along the bottom edge of your cardstock.
step 3 – Center the markings within the circle punch, and punch semi-circle notches across the width of the cardstock. (Tip – mark your punch with a permanent marker on the backside, to help create perfect half-circles every time.)
step 4 – Finished Border ( embellish notches as desired…use buttons, gemstones, brads, etc. )
