Valentine’s Day always seems to sneak up on me. This year I am making my cards early and when I saw the papers from the ‘Loves Me…Loves Me Not’ by Daisy Bucket Designs, I was inspired to get started. Here is one of the cards that I have completed:

Instructions:
1) Cut a piece of white cardstock 8 1/2″ wide by 5 1/2″ high and fold in half to make the base of your card.
2) Then, trim a piece of red cardstock to 3 3/4″ wide x 5 1/4″ high. Use a scallop punch to create scallops on the right side. Attach the red piece to the white base; leaving room to add the brown cardstock which is 5/8″ wide by 5 1/4″ high under the right side.
3) Cut the white flower block from the Daisy Bucket Designs Loves Me…Loves Me Not ‘Pieces of my Heart’ paper; trim it to 5″ high and use a brown pen to draw a border around the edge. Attach it to the red base.
4) Add white chipboard letters; trim hearts from the same Daisy Bucket patterned paper; attach one with foam adhesive.
