Today we are here to share some of our wonderful returning team members with you! These ladies have been inspiring you for the past year, and you can expect many more beautiful projects to come in 2021!

Wendy Sue Anderson

Wendy Sue Anderson

I am so excited to be a part of the amazing team here at Scrapbook & Cards Today Magazine! I live in a beautiful mountain valley in Utah with my incredible husband, Brad, and our two teenage boys.  We also have two adult kiddos who have spread their wings and left the nest recently.  Growing up, my mother always had some kind of craft project for us to work on together; oftentimes they were paper-crafting projects (I think I probably designed more cards than Hallmark during my childhood).  I graduated from Utah State University with a degree in accounting, and although that’s my “day job,” I think I’d much rather use paper for creating fun projects than for recording and calculating numbers! I have been fortunate to work with some of my very favorite manufacturers over the years, and I am so grateful for each and every opportunity I’ve been given. I am passionate about journaling and recording my thoughts and feelings as well as the “who, what, when, and where.”  This hobby has definitely helped me focus on the most important aspects of my life – namely family – and I’ll forever be grateful for the lessons I’ve learned, people I’ve met, and wonderful opportunities that have come my way through this amazing industry.

Meghann Andrew

Meghann Andrew is a 30-something wife and mother of two living in the suburbs of Chicago, IL. When she’s not “momming” she loves to work out, try new clean eating recipes, and document her family’s daily life in scrapbook layouts, pocket pages and traveler’s notebooks. With a background in interior design, she loves the fine details in creating new things—starting with good design first and foremost. In addition to serving as the Social Engagement Coordinator and a Crop & Create educator for SCT, Meghann is also the design team and classroom coordinator for Elle’s Studio.

Nathalie DeSousa

Nathalie DeSousa

Nathalie is a stay-at-home wife and mom to two teenagers and their Boston Terrier baby from Toronto, Canada. She has been enamored with paper since the day her mom gave her a set of pens and colored paper pad to play with at a very young age.  She has kept a detailed journal throughout her life and started transforming her memories from words to a more visual format just a couple years ago. She describes her style as always evolving and loves to combine black and white photography with color, mixed media, texture and words. When she is not working on a new entry for her scrapbooks, you can find her out for a walk with her camera in hand, reading a book, out with friends, or enjoying a good book, black coffee, and dark chocolate, in no particular order.

Lisa Dickinson

Lisa Dickinson

Lisa Dickinson is a graphic designer living in Colorado with her husband, two kids, and a menagerie of four-legged creatures. She was introduced to scrapbooking in 1998 after attending a Creative Memories party. Her first scrap project was an album documenting her tropical honeymoon, complete with fish-shaped photos and countless sheets of stickers! In the years following, her style evolved and she had her first layout published in Simple Scrapbooks magazine in 2003. Since then, she has contributed to several magazines and manufacturer design teams, as well as authoring the book Design Workshop from Ella Publishing.

When she’s not scrapping, Lisa fosters dogs for a local rescue, frequents antique shops, and is constantly on the hunt for the perfect rosé wine.

Mindy Eggen

Mindy Eggen

I’m a stay-at-home Mom married to a very supportive husband that lets me indulge in all things crafty. We have our daughter Ali (13), who also enjoys getting crafty, and our son Dalton (9), who is Autistic and enjoys coloring. Together we all live in Wisconsin and enjoy all the beautiful seasons it has to offer. I started getting crafty back in grade school with coloring contests but after high school I started dabbling with stamping and heat embossing. Then I played around with scrapbooking and by scrapbooking I mean stickers. I evolved as the scrapbooking world evolved. I became a Close To My Heart consultant for a while holding classes and workshops and after 6 years, I took a small break. I returned to scrapbooking/cardmaking in 2016 and was completely smitten with all the wonderful products in the crafting world! When I’m not crafting, I’m snuggling with the kids, watching crazy movies or hanging with the kids outside.
