Hello friends! I’m Aly Dosdall and I’m so happy to share another Tools Today video with you. I don’t know about you, but I love a good value. I’m a big fan of tools that are versatile and give me a lot of bang for my buck. One of the newest tools from We R Memory Keepers does just that, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
Check out the Dial Trimmer! It’s like having six different tools combined into one. With the turn of a dial you can choose from a standard trimmer, a scoring blade, a perforating blade or one of three decorative blades: wave, deckle, and scallop. The extension arm is 14 inches long, which means you can trim paper larger than 12 inches.
With the Dial Trimmer I made this cute shopping list–it was easy to do. This little notepad is pretty and functional, and you can use up your paper scraps too. Win-win!
The details are what make this project. I love that the papers are perforated so you can tear them out, and the scalloped edges at the bottom are such a fun touch.
The papers I used are from the new Heart of Home collection by Jen Hadfield for Pebbles Inc. It’s a great collection for late summer/early fall or for just about anything else. Click below to watch a process video for making this cute shopping list with the Dial Trimmer.
This notepad makes a great gift for teachers, friends, or neighbors. It’s the perfect stocking stuffer for the holidays, or just make one for yourself to keep your day organized.
Thanks for joining me today! I hope you enjoyed learning more about the new Dial Trimmer and what a great value it is. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments below, and happy crafting friends.
~Aly
