We love how Jen chose to crop her photo,  leaving an

treasures & memorabilia
It’s safe to say that mothers save all
the little ephemera from their
children’s lives, especially for
newborns. From hospital ultrasound
photos to curly locks of hair, the
sentimental value of these treasures
is priceless. Why not get them onto
your pages instead of stashing them
away in a box?
Jen saved her daughter, Nora’s,
hospital I.D. bracelet, and now it is
the perfect embellishment on her
“bringing home baby” layout. The
bracelet, attached vertically to the
right side of her page, looks like a
really hip, new trim!
With the help of veneer and chip-
board arrows, along with strategically
cut and positioned patterned paper,
Jen’s sentimental icon shares the
spotlight with her sweet photo on
this very fresh and graphic page.
tips for attaching
memorabilia

If you don’t want your item to be permanently attached to the page,
place the memento into a small envelope or pocket and attach that to
the page instead.

Bulkier items can be more difficult to glue down. Use a small stapler as
an alternative.

Locks of hair look especially sweet when tucked into a semi-
transparent, glassine envelope.
