1. How do I register for the event?

Registration opens at 8:00 PM EST on May 25, 2015.  Just click here to register. It’s fast and easy! A confirmation email will be sent to you within 72 hours of registration.  Alumni from any Crop & Create event can register on May 24th at 8:00 PM EST!

2. What does the event schedule look like?

3. What is included in the cost of the event?

The crop area will have a 5 ft rectangular table for each person!  Also included is a delicious dessert buffet on Friday and Saturday evening along with some special treats throughout the event too! On Friday and Saturday evening we will have free make n’ takes for everyone and a meet and greet with all the teachers. Did we mention there will also be an amazing goody bag for you to take home?   A beautiful exclusive KIT designed just for our attendees!  And did we mention lots of prizes?  And lots more prizes?  Our sponsors have outdone themselves just for YOU!

4. How do I pick up my tickets?

Registration will open at 3:o0 p.m. on Friday!  We will have a very smooth and quick registration process!  Short opening announcements will be at 3:30 p.m. so we hope you can join us then! A full team introduction will be done before our delicious dessert buffet!

5. What form of payments do you accept?

All payments will be made through Paypal which is a safe and secure payment portal. If you would like to send a cheque you are welcome to do so however we cannot confirm registration at the event or for any classes until the cheque has cleared.

6. What is the cost of parking at the event?

The Nav Centre offers lots of free parking for all our guests!

7. What is your cancellation policy?

While we cannot offer refunds, you are welcome to make arrangements to give your space to a friend! Please just let us know at least 72 hours before the event opens.

8. How many people would be in each class?

Each class will hold 40 students.

9. Who is running the classes?

Click HERE for class descriptions and teachers. Each teacher will have an assistant to ensure any student’s questions can be addressed.

10. Who can attend the event? (age requirements)

We ask that no children under 16 be registered or attend this event.

11. Is the event accessible for those with special needs?

Absolutely! We chose the Nav Centre for that purpose. The main crop area, classroom and hotel rooms are all wheelchair accessible and we will make every effort to deal with any special dietary requirements.

12. What hotel accommodations are available for the event?

We have secured a certain number of discounted rooms at the Nav Centre for those who wish to stay on the event premises.  The Nav Centre has provided us with an amazing rates per night and that includes all your MEALS!!!  (plus taxes).  You may wish to reserve your room as soon as possible to take advantage of these discounted room rates. 13. Will there be food concession available?

We have planned a two delicious dessert buffets on Friday and Saturday for all our attendees. There are several restaurants at the hotel and in the area.   The Nav Centre has also provided the option of a meal plan for our attendees that are not staying at the hotel for only $49 (plus HST) per day!   This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner plus two coffee breaks per day.  The food is AMAZING!!!

14. What supplies are provided? What should I bring?

Class supply lists are available on the class information page along with the class descriptions and sneak peeks.

15.  Will there be a Marketplace?

Yes!  We will have Auntie Em’s Scrapbook store and My Stamping Studio from Nova Scotia joining us with an amazing selection of products that will coordinate with some of our educator’s classes! If you wish to preorder any items for the event, be sure to contact them!
