Here is what Victoria will be covering in class:
Lesson 01: Focal points: Learn how to let the patterned paper do the heavy lifting of the design process & create a focal point to build your entire page around.
Lesson 02: Designing with strips: Add interest, create patterns and layers using scraps of paper!
Lesson 03: Highlighting with dies & punches: Use tools that you have on hand to highlight interesting areas of patterned paper on your layouts.
Lesson 04: Layering: Explore layering techniques to add visual interest to your layouts, and get Victoria’s expert tips on combining patterns.
Lesson 05: Exploring white space: Create clean and simple designs using subtle patterns.
Lesson 06: Make it pop! Learn how contrast makes your elements pop off the page for maximum impact!
Victoria’s expert design tips and techniques will make you a patterned paper pro at the end of class! You will be able to share, and communicate with Victoria on the discussion board and during bi-weekly Facebook Lives, and join the community in our class Facebook group!
