1. Will you be offering a payment plan for the event?

Yes!  You can pay the registration fees over three payments.  The first payment will be $100.00 CAD /  $86.25 USD plus shipping due at the time of registration. The second payment will be $100.00 CAD / $85.00 USD due January 8th. The third payment will be $73.00 CAD / $65.00 USD due February 12th.  Payments must be paid at the time of invoice receipt or you will forfeit your previous payments and the event content will not be shipped to you.  This includes a 5% charge for processing the payment plan.

2. Are there any additional fees for using the payment plan?

Yes.  There will be a 5% charge included in the payment plan. These additional charges are to cover the costs of administering the payment plans.

3. How will I be billed?

When you complete the Google form, you will choose the option for the payment plan. Depending on whether you chose to pay using PayPal, EMT or credit card, you will receive either a PayPal or an SCT invoice for the first payment at that time. The second and third invoices will be sent to you on January 8th and February 12th. The invoices will be sent to the email that you used when you placed your original order. If you use a Gmail account, be sure to look for the invoices as both the SCT and PayPal invoices end up in the promotions tab.  All invoices are due upon receipt.  Failure to pay the invoices within 48 hours could lead to you losing your spot or incurring additional fees to cover the administration fees. If all payments are not received by February 17th we will not ship your event kit until payments are received.

4. Do you offer refunds?

While we cannot offer refunds, you are welcome to make arrangements to give or sell your space to a friend! Please just let us know at least 2 weeks before the event opens. It will be up to the person transferring their registration to ensure the kit materials are shipped to the person purchasing the registration.

If there is a waiting list once registration is closed and you can no longer attend, there will be a $25 administration fee for us to find a replacement attendee from the waiting list. We cannot guarantee we will be able to find a replacement.
