Happy Halloween friends! Aly Dosdall here again to share another Tools Today video with you. This month it’s all about the Laser Square by We R Memory Keepers. This must-have tool helps get everything perfectly aligned on your projects.

While the Laser Square is ideal for paper crafts, you can also use it for school projects, home decor, sewing, quilting, and more. The guides and mat come apart for easy storage, and measurements are in inches as well as centimeters.

Today I’ve got a scrapbook layout to share with you that I created using the Laser Square. I used the tool to place the washi tape strips and the title letters at the bottom of my page. It totally took the guesswork out of that process, and I love how easy it was to do.

Once I had decided on a design for my page, I created a background for my photo. I used the Pink Paislee Spellcast collection. I love the colors in this line–so cool, and perfect for my photo!

I also used my Typecast typewriter to made a journaling spot. I used the silver metallic typewriter ribbon and I love how that turned out against the black tag.

My Staple Board came in handy to attach some Stitch Happy Gold Metallic Thread in an embellishment cluster I created near my journaling tag. I love that I can staple anywhere on a 12×12 layout with it!

I made a video sharing all the cool features of the Laser Square and showing how I used it to finish off the title section of my layout. Check it out below!

My struggle to keep things straight and evenly spaced on my projects is basically over. I’m loving the Laser Square and the confidence I feel when I use it to align elements on my scrapbook pages.

Thanks for joining me today friends, and happy crafting!
