“Voices singing let’s be jolly, deck the halls with boughs of holly”! Hi friends, it’s Jess here, and today I am thrilled to show you how I decorate my pocket pages using the adorable Candy Cane Lane collection from Doodlebug Design. Let’s have a look:
Supplies | Doodlebug Design: Candy Cane Lane Paper Collection, die cuts, sprinkles, shape sprinkles; Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L: adhesive; Font: Remington Noiseless Font
In this single, 9 x 12-inch page protector I documented Christmas Day 2021. I used a simple colour scheme of red and blue backgrounds and paired them with these gorgeous coordinating 3 x 4-inch tags creating my own unique journaling and title cards. The cute Doodlebug tags found in the Candy Cane Lane collection can be used to dress up your pockets as well as your gifts. Here I have layered the tags on top of the coordinating pattern paper and decorated them with the shape sprinkles and chit chat die cut pieces.
I included a variety of 3” x 4” photos to pair with my stylish tags. Specifically, I included pictures of my kids in their Christmas pajamas, our Christmas tree, morning breakfast, and me serving the turkey. I love how the colour red is a theme in all of the photos and products, giving the page a consistent, cohesive look.
I hope these simple ideas inspire you to dress up your pockets using traditional patterned papers and tags. Thanks so much for reading and from my family to yours, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

My favorite Christmas ornament is relatively new.. it’s a pewter heart with a sweet sentiment about missing someone in Heaven that my sister gave me after our Mom passed away.. It will always have a special place on our tree! … Jess, those pocket page embellishments go perfect with the kids’ striped PJs!
Thank you Jess for taking time to create these beautiful pocket pages! I love the Christmas Doodlebug collections, this one works well. My Mom has always made hand crocheted snowflakes of all different patterns. By far my favorite thing on the tree ????
I can’t believe how generous the sponsors are with the prizes.
Love the Candy Cane Lane layout. Great prizes. Thanks for the chance to win!
My favourite ornament right now is a framed picture of my late mum. She was a baker, so I found a mini frame that looks like a red mixer – it’s perfect!

Gorgeous layout! Pink and Main AND Doodlebug? WOW! So generous!

My favorite ornament is our Christmas pickle. We discovered the tradition a few years ago and now every year we have a special gift for whomever finds it Chrismas morning.
My favorite ornament is an angel that was given to my belated mom. It was given to her from another cancer patients wife as encouragement. I cherish it very much and think about my mom and the lady that gave it to her every time I hang it on the tree.
My favourite ornaments are the handmade kids ornaments made by my now adult kiddos!
Merry Christmas Jess.
My fave ornament is a reindeer face made out of lolly sticks that my eldest daughter made at nursery school. It was the first home made ornament and is so special. I love it.
My favorite ornament is my son’s 1st ornament when he was a baby. It’s a mother and baby mouse in a bedtime scene.
My favorite ornaments are the old ones made in school. I have a wreath ornament of my daughter from 1st grade from around 1989 and a second grade wreath ornament of my son from second grade around 1993. I love hanging those every year. What a darling layout using a darling collection! Doodlebugs collections always make me smile. Pink and Main has the cutest penguins. Thank you SCT, Doodlebug Design and Pink and Mian for a chance to win these amazing gifts!

Wow! Thank you SCT and participating vendors! You rock!
My favourite ornament is a handmade Christmas ball ornament stamped with my granddaughter’s hand print the year she was born.

My favorite is a hand made beaded and velvet covered bell my grandma made
Sand dollar from Boston
I love how my Swarovski crystal snowflakes sparkle on the
tree but a white paper dove covered in glitter and feathers always makes me smile. The artist, then a 5 year old, now has kids of his own

I have a number of ornaments that have been gifts from friends that are all special. One of the newer ones is a little red tartan house. It is just perfection!
My favorite ornament is baby Moses in his basket. I went shopping with my Mom, so many years ago, to a store called Lenards. We road a subway to the sotre, and they were having a sale.
