Hello, Scrapbook & Cards Today friends! It’s Becki here to share a scrapbook page with you that I created using the brand-new Birthday Bash collection from our friends at Bella Blvd. If you love bright, bold happy colors, you’ll LOVE this collection. One of my favorite things about this collection is that it can be used for anyone’s birthday. It’s not specifically for boys, girls, young or old.

One of my favorite Bella Blvd products is the Cut-Outs. I love creating large, bold titles that look like I took the time to cut them out with my electronic die-cutting machine. I couldn’t resist the huge “happy, happy, happy” title. I started by backing each of the letters with patterned papers. I tried to use all of the colors on the title and spread them out evenly. With the templates included in the packaging, it was fun and easy to create this title.
I had so much fun with the title of this layout, that I wanted to keep playing with the Cut-Outs. I decided to create this fun banner across the top of the page. I wanted something bigger and a little more eye-catching than the scalloped banner. After I had the little scallops filled with color, I simply added a strip of patterned paper below the banner and cut a notch out of the bottom. That added even more color and fun patterns to my layout.
By the time I had the title and the banner on the page, there was just enough room for my photo and journaling. To keep the layout simple and to keep the focus of the layout on the photo, I only used one 4 x 6-inch photo to tell the story.
This layout only has a few embellishments on it. I added a few die cuts and puffy stickers to enhance the title and a cluster of embellishments under the photo. I LOVE that sweet little row of gifts. That’s it! This layout came together so quickly! When you have large elements on the page, it makes things go so smoothly and very quickly!
