Hello friends! With the holidays fast approaching, I am sharing a great way to stretch your supplies. Today, we are talking about three-dimensional paper pumpkins.

This can be created with a pumpkin die, and if you do not use manual dies, you can also use an electronic die cutting machine with a pumpkin cut file.

Using your favorite orange double-sided patterned paper, cut out 16 pumpkins.

Using a scoring tool, score each pumpkin in half.

With permanent adhesive, apply to one side of the die. Then attach it to another pumpkin. Rotating between patterns. It is going to look like an accordion. Once all have adhered, the last pumpkin will need adhesive on both sides to create a 3D pumpkin.

Using coordinating paper along with leaf, pumpkin stem and swirly dies. Diecut with coordinating paper.

The diecut leaves and pumpkin stem were adhered with foam adhesive to the top of the pumpkin.

Supplies: Lawn Fawn Stitched Pumpkin die set; Lawn Fawn Fall Fling patterned paper; Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D foam squares & permanent dots tape runner; scoring tool

There are so many great ways you can use these 3d pumpkins. You can create several in different colors for a home decor project. You can attach a name to the stems and use them as table place settings for Thanksgiving. Or you can string several together with string and create a fun Thanksgiving banner.

From all of us here at SCT, we wish our US friends a very Happy Thanksgiving!
