Hello crafty friends! This is Mindy and I’m back with inspiration using the Let’s Stamp Together kit for September 2023 featuring The Stamps of Life. Take a look at the kit that I created with:
Today I am going to be coloring on die cuts using my alcohol markers.
Supplies | September Let’s Stamp Together kit; Copic markers: Pumpkin – E08, YR07, YR16, YR15; Cups – E57, E55, E53, E51, Cup Wrapper – BG49, BG15, BG23; Hero Arts: Infinity Postage Stamps Die set; Concord & 9th: Spiced Cider cardstock
Coloring on die cuts is a fun technique that gives a no-line coloring look since we don’t have any black lines to follow. I also feel there is a little more freedom when coloring this way!
Take a look at how this card project came together in today’s video:
Thanks so much for watching, and I hope this video has inspired you to try something new today!
Fabulous card, the teal is so pretty with the oranges and browns.
You always do such terrific work, Mindy! Great job! I don’t usually just color on die cuts with markers but I might give it a go. I usually use ink blending brushes…. this way of doing it does kind of look like no-line watercolor… good comparison.

Great kit & love what you did with it.
Thanks for the inspiration on using the detailed diecuts! I just finished the LST class but am going to pull the set back out to give this a try!
