Hello, all! Welcome to Friday! We had a great week here on the SCT blog, and we are going to wrap it up with a new and noteworthy set of products that just hit the Concord & 9th shop! Let’s check it out, and the wonderful inspiration that they’re sharing using it!
Hello and happy Friday, crafty friends! If you’re like us and love a good sentiment set, then you’re in luck because we are here to introduce you to the Quintessential Scripty Sayings Dies!
These greetings come in a fun and whimsical font that will take your greeting game to the next level. The large scale words can be mixed and matched to create several friendly sentiments from a happy “hello friend” to a heartfelt “for you” and more! Use them on a 5 ½” wide card as is, or trim them down for a 4 ¼” wide card base.
One of the great things about sentiment dies is how versatile they are. You can dig into your crafty stash and use them alongside any number of stamps, dies and stencils! Below we have card created by Angelica Conrad using the Honeycomb Quilt Top Dies from our August 2022 release as the background and the Pretty Sweet Dies from this month’s new batch of goodies. No stamping required for this one!
You can also mix and match the die-cut words with stamped greetings to stretch the set even further! Here is a card Karen Downs made where she paired an ink-blended Quintessential Scripty “friend” with a stamped “hi there” from the new Spectacular Shades Stamp Set. The sentiment is floating amongst a background of stitched clouds from the Cloudy Double Card Front Die as well as die-cut clouds from the Plane Amazing Dies!
Grab your favorite Turnabout™ or stencil pack and ink to design a background for a card then add a quick sentiment on top! This card came from Daniel West. He stacked and trimmed the greeting to fit perfectly atop a beautifully blended background created with the Cottage Garden Stencils and Cottage Garden Dies.
We would love to give one crafty reader the Quintessential Scripty Sayings Dies and a few extra surprise goodies! To enter, comment on this post by midnight on Wednesday, August 2nd, letting us know what saying you would add to your first card using this die! A winner will be randomly selected and announced here on Friday, August 4th. Good luck, and don’t forget to follow us at all of the links below for more cardmaking ideas and product info!

I would definitely use the “hello friend” dies. I love script fonts! They’re so fun.
I would use the for you friend! The font is whimsical – love it! happy Friday everyone! Happy crafting!
I love sending greetings to everyone, so Hello would be my die choice.
For my first card I would use “hello friend.” I love Concord and 9th! They have fabulous stamps, dies and inks.
I would definitely make a card that says, Hello There! I usually greet people with “Hey There”
Sweet cards with these dies, I’d probably use the “for you” sentiment on my first card.
I’d probably use hello…and send the card to a friend back home I don’t get to see much.
My first use would be the combination “There for you”. There are so many people around us going through a lot of difficult situations and this sums it up for me. Love all the combination options, the font, and the size.
I would use For You on a birthday card
for my daughter. that’s the next reason
for a card coming up. Love the script.
thanks for sharing.
I would most likely use hello friend since I send most of my cards to my friends. I love this font and pretty much everything C9!!
Always such fun!
I love these sentiments and the wonderful card inspiration! My first card would be “For You” to SCT and Concord &9 th to say thank you for winning! I appreciate the opportunity to win!
I would definitely send some hello friend cards to my crafty ladies using these sentiment dies. They’d be perfect popped up on a fun colourful background.
I love these beautifully designed “scripty word dies”. These could be easily used on cards, or scrapbook pages. I absolutely love them!
My first would be “hello friend”. Loving these dies as said they are so versatile. Well done!!
I would use the hello. I like to make generic ones and hello is perfect because I can either add an additional strip sentiment, or just place it inside.
I would use the “hello friend” die.
What a fun set of dies! “Hello friend” would be great to use for cards and scrapbooking
I would start with using the hello. It is such a versatile word
The scripts sentiments are fabulous. I would create a card that simply says hello, then think about who to send it to.
What a great set! I think “hello friend” would be what I’d go to first, but love the possibilities for all.
Love these new sayings and I think I would use “for you” the most as I tend to make a lot of b-day cards (most of which I give to friends for them to use).
Loving this scripty font and words which can be used in so many ways. “For you friend” and “there for you friend” are additional ways to turn the words around. Corcord & 9th have amazing products.
I would definately use the Hello Friend dies! I have so many friends that I make cards for, so it would be wonderful to have it!
Love this set! I’d use just “hello” first and often. It’s great that it stretches an entire card front.
I would add the Hello Friend to my first card. Thank you for the opportunity to win this prize.
The first dies I would use from this set is Hello Friend.. love them all though You have given us great samples and inspiration.
Love everything Concord & 9th! I would make a card with the Hello Friend dies because who doesn’t love receiving a card just to say hello!
I personalize my cards for the recipient, so I would use a particular color or embellishment that I think the recipient would like. Thanks for the inspiration and opportunity to win.
I would you Hello Friend! I love the script font of the die’s. I would also make a card for a good friend saying I’m there for you. She is having surgery at the end of August. Thank you for the change to win an awesome gift pack.
Hello Friend would be the scripty words I’d like to use :) Thanks for all the inspiration you share!
I would snip off the T & say “here for you”. Sweet set!
I would use the Hello die. It is fun and I love the script!

I think I’d say “Hello Friend” first. I send cards out weekly to family and *friends* and that sentiment would be great for those cards! Thanks for the chance to win!
Love this set.
“There for you, friend” would be what I would use because that is what a friend does.
You can’t miss with “Hello there, friend!”
I particularly would love to use the “hello” as it works great with so many messages.
What a beautiful script die. I would most likely use “hello there friend “ on a card which of course I would send to my friend as she lives many kilometres from me.
Absolutely love Concord and 9th! These dies and all their stuff is fabulous!❤️ I’m excited to try these for layers of rainbows!
Definitely Hello Friend! Love these!

I would use the Hello Friend sentiment. I love making hello cards.
A dear friend of mine has been diagnosed with ALS and I’ve started giving her cards without a special occasion because our time is so short now. I’d use “hello there friend” or “there for you” on a card for her
The first use of these dies for me would most likely be the combination of hello friend.
I really like the “Hello Friend” sentiment from this set. It’s fun with all the mix and match options. Concord & 9th is one of my favorites.
