Hello, SCT friends! It’s Dilay Nacar here with you to share this fun ‘hello sunshine’ card that’s perfect for summertime! This card features a few more of my favorite goodies from Concord & 9th, as well as a fresh color combo! Let’s jump right in!

Supplies | Concord & 9th: Bright Eyes Dies, Bright Eyes Stamp Set, Stitched Polka Dot Card Front Die, Be Mine Patterned Paper Pack Concord & 9th Cardstock: Dove, Powder, Harbor, Sea Glass, Tidepool, Buttercup, Nectar, Matte Gold Foil; Gina K. Designs Detail White Embossing Powder, Honey Bee Stamps Clear Embossing Ink, Scrapbook Adhesives 3D Foam Squares, Gina K. Designs Connect Glue, Scrapbook & Cards Today White Cardstock

To begin, I trimmed a piece of white cardstock to 4.25” x 5”, then die-cut it with the Stitched Polka Dot card front. Next, I die-cut the sunglasses using the Concord & 9th Bright Eyes dies along with colored cardstock and Be Mine patterned paper. I mixed and matched frames and lenses and adhered them with liquid glue.

I then added a few silver embellishments to the sunglasses then adhered them to the card front, slightly offset and overlapping, using foam tape and trimming off any excess.

For the sentiment, I heat embossed ‘Hello sunshine’ from the Bright Eyes stamp set in white onto Dove cardstock, trimmed it to size, then adhered it to the card with foam tape.

I hope you enjoyed today’s card and are inspired to create something new!
