Hello SCT friends! It’s a busy Friday around the SCT office as we are in the midst of distribution of the beautiful fall issue (our biggest distribution yet!), we released information on our new Create 2020 event this morning, we released our annual Merry & Bright holiday album kit an hour ago and we are celebrating with our friends at Your Next Stamp!
First, let’s start with the celebration of Your Next Stamp! We’ve known YNS and it’s owner Karen for many years. We cross paths at consumer shows here in Canada and of course, her beautiful products have graced our pages from time to time over the years. It’s a wonderful company and after reading so many of the comments our readers left yesterday, many of you agree. If you’ve not had the time to check them out, we sure hope you will HERE! “This amazing weekend event will be held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the Hilton Airport Suites Hotel May 1-3, 2020, in partnership with American Crafts. From Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, you’ll be inspired by the creative talents of Heidi Swapp, Amy Tan, Vicki Boutin, Paige Evans and Shimelle Laine! Each attendee will take five classes, one with each of these incredible designers, plus get access to an onsite shopping experience with Two Scrapbook Friends and The Workshop. I’m in Canada so I love YNS. I like the fact that when you get an order, Karen writes a personal thank you on a YNS sticky note. I so love that she takes the time to do that even when my order is really small with sale items only. It feels more personal. I am in love with their gumdrops too, so I would pick that and a stamp and die set. ❤️

YNS products are fabulous! Since I’m completely smitten with the Unicorn Rocks set – and have used mine frequently – if I were a lucky winner of the prize package, I’d add the Winter Unicorns Rock stamp/die sets to my collection. Those, the Circle Burst die and a handful of gumdrops would round out the $50 and then some! Such a generous giveaway from a marvelous Canadian company!

Oh my! That is so hard. My list of what I would want is very long. I do love the “Gumdrops”, but I also love a bunch of the stamp sets that have matching dies. Some of the ones I like include Golf Dog Zach, Krash the Horse, Squawk, Rev Up the Fun, Go Wild, Fire Up the Fun, Freeze!, Strike up some Fun, Clucking Cool, Oh Shiitake, Whatnot Sentiments Set Ten, Keepin’ it Reel, and Creat a Character. Great stamps! My favorite set: the dancing dragonflies. The swirls are nice and i really like the vase, flowers set (the greeting is get well, but I’d use Hello or Thinking of you sentiments. Congrsts on your 10-year anniversary.
