Hello everyone! It’s Becky Moore here from Photoplay Paper. We are so excited to share our second Say It With Stamps release of 2022 with you today! These stamps, dies and stencils will be shipping in April, so be sure to stalk your favorite online or local retailer around Easter time.
In this release, we have five new stamps (two have coordinating stencils!), a new alpha die set, two more 6 x 9 stencils and three new pierced cover plate dies. Let’s dive in and see everything!
Two of the stamps celebrate mom and dad, just in time for the upcoming holidays that honor them both! The best part is that both stamp sets also have coordinating dies to help you color them in, making them easy peasy to finish! Here are a couple of examples using those stamps and stencils:
Catch A Falling Star has been one of the most popular stamps in this release and who couldn’t resist these adorable mice?
We also have a Slow Down stamp of cute little critters all filled up with spring flowers. I think my favorite is the sloth (my spirit animal!).
Coffee & Friends is a new spin on coffee stamps, perfect for friendship cards.
In addition to the coordinating stencils, we also have a shooting star stencil and a random background builder stencil. Both are so useful for any occasion!
The new alphabet die is in a university style and the letters are approximately 1” tall, perfect for cards and scrapbookers!
Finally, who doesn’t love a pierced cover plate? We’ve got them in all three of the most popular sizes from A2 to Mini Slim to Slim. Not only do they pierce a beautiful dot pattern into cardstock, but if you shim the die, the dots will cut out and the pattern can be sewn!
Here at SIS, we also have a brand new design team who is cranking out some of the most beautiful cards for us! Be sure to follow their creativity on all our social media channels as well as on our YouTube channel. Tuesday’s With Tina is very popular, and she created many of the cards you see above.
While you’re waiting for these to ship next month, you could be the first to own a stamp/die/stencil set from this collection! To enter for your chance to win, just leave a comment on this post and tell us what your favorite card making tip is! Comments will close at midnight ET on April 6th, and a winner will be announced here on April 8th. Who knows, you might win and you will also be sharing a tip that many of us didn’t know! Have a great day and stay safe!

Congrats to all the winners!
And wow to Photoplay – I’ve been a fan of your paper collections, and your stamps and stencils have further deepened my crafty love for your company. Thanks for the chance to win!
Hmmmm there are so many wonderful card making tips I probably use every day, but I have learned make 2 cards while you have all the same supplies out. They can be totally the same or switch them up just a bit! AND I always finish the inside of my cards right then and there. Typically, with a corresponding piece of Designer Paper and a small image to match the front of the card. .
Congrats to the with winners:)
My favorite card making tip would be make a bunch of backgrounds at one time so that they are on hand when the inspiration comes:)
These are fabulous products and really beautiful cards. Thanks for sharing so much inspiration. My favorite tip is that there are no rules. To quote Bob Ross “It’s your world” and I do what makes me happy, even if I make mistakes.
Congratulations too all. This Photoplay release looks so fun! I’ve never played with Photoplay stamps and stencils. My tip is to relax and have fun. If you believe you made an error just go with it! Paper crafting is to have fun!
Congratulations to all the winners ????
Oh my gosh, such cute cards…and so many new stamps and dies to play with! Congrats to the Birthday week winners! How fun for them!
Such an amazing release. The cover plates are gorgeous!
Be still my heart. These stamps are amazing. Would be thrilled to win them. I love using glitter with my stamps and stencils to make beautiful cards.
The stamps are so sweet!
I’m totally in love with the coffee gals, the turtle and the mice oh and all of those dies. My tip for making cards is… don’t forget to take a picture of it once finished!
Congratulations to all the winners of birthday week!
Love making cards ahead and adding sentiments as I use the card.
Congrats to the lucky winners. Great giveaway. Favorite card making tip is keep yourself organized.
Love the polar bears , sweet new stamp from photoplay. Fantastic prize!
Omg I’m so excited to be chosen as one of the winners! Congratulations to all!! So my favorite card making tip is to use a stamping platform! Perfect placement and being able to stamp over again! Love my Mistis!
LOVE my platform too! Don’t know how I stamped (for nearly 20 years at that!) without one!
I use my stamp positioned to ink my stamps. That is my favorite tip. Love the background dies. They look like a wonderful way to get texture.
to enjoy the process
Oh what fantastic cards! Such a wonderful new collection of products from PhotoPlay Paper – sweet and lovely. My favorite crafty tip – don’t be afraid to try new products, color combinations or techniques. You might discover a new favorite.
Congratulations to the winners! My tip would be to pre-cut a bunch of card bases in different colours. It’s one less step in the card making process, so you can focus on the creative aspects instead! Thanks for the chance to win!
Conditioning your polymer stamps is so important. Really helps you get a good impression.
My favorite cardmaking trick is using ink pads to color sentiments, elements or borders instead of trying to find matching cardstock.
My favorite cardmaking tip is to try and sketch your card. Write notes on the side as to what craft items you will use. You can also write the techniques you plan to use on the card or on a certain part of the card. Even if you don’t get to create that card right away, the idea is there and you can always go back to it and create it.
My favourite card making tip is to not be afraid to try something new, whether it be a new technique, product, or just putting a new spin on a design! Even if it doesn’t work out quite as you had hoped, it is still a good creative exercise, and sometimes it may just exceed your expectations. Either way, trying something new can inspire your creativity!
Congrats to the winners!! Enjoy all those fabulous goodies!
I recently saw a suggestion to use a t square to line up elements on a card, such a good idea!
Wow! What a great prize pack! The bear set is my favorite!
My favorite card tip would be to prepare in advance! Especially when you’re stuck on ideas. For intricate die sets I make multiples so that when I need to make a quick card, I can just use one of my pre-made die cuts for a craft project.
I like the cow print stencil!
card making tip: it’s only paper and ink yet, the recipient will appreciate the love in it, and I hope you have joy in the making of it. Such a simple thing can give BIG feelings.
Masking an area to stencil has become one of my fav tips I learned in last autumn’s cardmaking class. So many possibilities.
Congrats to the winners! What an amazing set of products from Photoplay! The game changer for me in card making was to get a stamp platform. Another fun tip is to try to find a friend or family member who will make cards with you. My friend and I get together once a month and use the same products (a particular die, stamp and paper) and design a card together and create it! So much fun!
Congratulations to all the winners.
I love making cards two at time. One card to use right away and second to keep for another occasion.
Congratulations to the winners! What a pile of generous giveaways. Photoplay: this release totally knocks it out of the park! My favourite card making tip is to layer those die cuts for emphasis!
That stitched card is amazing. Hope I win!
I love the sweet bear set.
Not neccessarily my favorite tip, but definitely one to live by…use good cardstock.
Congrats to all the winners! All these Photoplay sets are spectacular. Someone will have a hard time choosing the prize giveaway!
Favorite cardmaking tip is using a thin black pen to outline your card!
Congratulations winners ???? and wow photo play these are all amazing. I like the idea of having so many inserts ready to go or greetings ready to go. Pre cutting and having things ready make it quick and easy to make multiple cards pretty quick.
My favorite card making tip is to sit and make multiples of discuts so you have them on hand for quick cards.
I love the stamps! I have not made any cards lately, because I have a bunch “in stock” lol. My tip would be to always have a few cards made ahead, in case of a quick need, esp for sympathy cards!
My favorite tip is – when you’re creating cards, create in numbers. While you have all your supplies out, make not just one card, but many. That way the next time you need one and you’re in a hurry you’ll have one. Also stock up on adhesive!
My tip would be don’t take it too seriously, it’s just paper!!
I love the alphabet & cut animal stamps! When I make cards, I love using foam adhesive to pop up the sentiment, die cut, or the front panel.
So much fun! Congrats to the winners.
Nice Photoplay new collection. Great products. Although there are so may good tips, I think the best one that I have to keep reminding myself is that imperfections in card making are ok, just because you see the mistake that doesn’t mean you have to start all over again.
My favorite card making tip is….forget about the dusting, dishes, laundry, etc. Card making is a great stress reliever and you’ll feel much more able to cope with life after some time spent on you!
Fun new products from Photoplay! My best tip is make sure you condition your stamps before first use.
There are so many helpful tips I have learned in my short time cardmaking but I think the one I use the most is from the great Cathy Zielske and is to put a small dob of glue over the foam tape so you have a bit of wiggle time! It has helped me get my sentiments straight time and time again!
Absolutely in love with this new release from Photoplay Say it With Stamps! Everything is gorgeous. My favorite crafty tip is to use the corner of the score-buddy (or something similar) when adhering a card panel to a card base. It makes lining things up much easier!
Never first squeeze your liquid glue right above your project. Sticky situations may occur!
Thank you, Photoplay! I see a lot of cuteness in this new release, right up my alley! My favourite card making tip would be that there are no mistakes, you can usually fix anything that has gone wrong, and as someone once said (can’t remember who), it’s handmade not Hallmark.
