What better way to show off your sea-nic memories than with the NEW Creative Memories Serene Waters collection? These scrapbooking supplies were inspired by the water — smooth-sailing seas filled with schools of fish, tranquil freshwater springs, glistening lakes and streams of flowing water. Consisting of a calming palette and painterly designs, this collection is perfect for all types of water-themed layouts like early morning fishing trips, sailing though the ocean blue, collecting seashells, lake days and other bouts of on-the-water fun. This bubbly layout is a shore winner in our book! One of the featured products is the Serene Waters Laser Cut Borders, which have designs of seaweed, sea turtles, waves and more — perfect for adding dimension to the edges and sides of layouts. She also used Serene Waters Embellishments to continue her under-the-sea theme with various tropical fish, sea turtles and aquatic plants.
In this layout, Krislyn added coastal creativity with Serene Waters Mats and Stickers. The mats are perfect for reeling in memories and adding depth to layouts with inspirational phrases and beautiful watercolour designs. The stickers splash fresh details onto spreads with various shells, bubbles, a tackle box and fishing gear and a swirling school of fish, as well as sayings like “Paddle out,” “Make a splash” and “Catch of the day.”
The Sunrise, Sunset Recipe Template is a versatile template that creates intricate layouts that may seem difficult to make, but are actually quite easy! With it, you can create professional-looking layouts of a sunrise, a sunset or rolling waves like in Krislyn’s totally tranquil layout above. Simply trace and cut papers and photos to fit various designs within the stencil.
Krislyn created this beautiful underwater scene with the Friendly Fish Border Punch. This punch creates four fish cutouts of various sizes and species. Here, she created two borders of fish swimming in opposite directions alongside other Serene Waters products like the Vellum Paper Pack, Stickers and Embellishments.
And finally, Krislyn created this border and horizon scene with the help of the Rolling Sails Border Maker Cartridge. This cartridge creates two sailboats in rolling waves, which add a 2D effect as seen in the border above. She also used other products like the Serene Waters Paper Pack and Embellishments to complete this scenic horizon.

Our favorite water getaway is only about 20 minutes from the house. Schlitterbahn water park. The coolest hottest time in Texas! Followed closely by a trip to Padre Island National Seashore on the Texas coast.

These are all such fun and inspiring projects! I love the colors of this new CM collection! My favorite waterside getaway is along the shores of Michigan. Lake Michigan is on the western side, Lake Huron is on the eastern side, both beautiful in their own way.

Such a beautiful collection, with my favorite colors, too! I live on an Alaska island, so the sea is all around me and the beaches are lovely. But when I want to get away in the cold Alaskan winter, I go to a tropical island like Hawaii or Guam. The Guam beaches are my favorites – peaceful, pristine, and practically empty!

Spending time at Orange Beach and/or Gulfport with my grandchildren. Dolphin boat tour was so much fun. This year we are going to take a ferry out to Ship Island for the day. This paper is so calming/pretty. I love this collection.
This Serene Waters collection is just perfect for my summer scrapping. I can use it for swimming,boating and fishing. Some of my fondest childhood memories are from camping vacations at Centennial Lake. Fishing with my Dad and swimming in the lake. Special memories brought to mind with Father’s day here. A beautiful collection!

Our favorite water getaway is the lakes of northern Wisconsin! I love it so much, we built our retirement home on one!
My favorite waterside escape is Lake George in Upstate, New York. During the day, the lake is full of people swimming and enjoying the view, at night there are fireworks and bonfires.

We have a lot of lakes here in Manitoba, but there’s nothing like seeing water views when overseas. I loved viewing the waterfalls and beaches when I was in New Zealand. Just amazing!

This paper is really beautiful. My most recent water side vacation was in Florida at Treasure Island. It is just a little bit south of Clearwater Beach and it was beautiful!
Having lived most of my life in Florida, my favorite destination is a beach. The Dry Tortugas for snorkeling is my dream vacation; I could do it every year. But any water, whether a creek or a lake, also attracts me for fishing.
