The thing I love the most about winter is that life seems to slow down a bit. This slowing down makes time to curl up with a good book and warm drink or time to dress in cozy, comfy clothes and make some greeting cards. I love winter for many reasons.
Winter is no bugs! I like how things slow down a bit along with the calendar.

What I like most about winter is that I have more time to spend in my craft room since I don’t have as many outside chores.
I love being indoors where it is warm and drinking warm cocoa or toddies.

Another great issue! My favorite thing about winter is that I get to take a break from yardwork.
I enjoy the cooler weather and being able to do outdoor things. I live in a desert area, so we don’t get snow but we do get lots of heat in the summer.

Winter is a chance to slow down and reset. I actually love storms that leave us “stuck” at home.. Down to the craftroom I go!!!
The best thing about winter is a fresh, pristine snow!
My favorite part of winter is winter joys. There is no hurry, no stress, we enjoy every day … snowballing, sledding, wet shoes and gloves, then warming up by the fire .. the house is filled with the smell of homemade cakes and cookies and mulled wine .. social games in the evening, good movies and the laughter of all the family members … that is the most beautiful part of the winter for me :-)
I really do love this magazine. I need to just sit down and do some work! LOL
And the challenge days are fantastical.
