Hello, memory-keeping friends! It’s Anya here today and I am happy to share a fun, summer accordion style mini album with you today! I bet summer is your biggest season for photos just like mine and I always look for new and fun ways to preserve those fun memories. Mini books are one of my favorite ways to record a lot of photos, where one book can hold sometimes up to 35 pictures or more!

Supplies | Paper, brads, enamel dots, chipboard, stickers, ephemera: Echo Park Paper Pool Party and A Slice of Summer, and Carta Bella’s Summer collections

To create this mini-book, I used the chipboard cardstock by Carta Bella for the cover, which was wrapped in patterned paper, and made the accordion-style pages from white cardstock. I also added a second spot for photos to the right side of the cover with a few flips for photos and journaling spots. For another example of a mini-album I made from cardstock, see the step-by-step photos HERE.

This book is so much fun and easy to create, that you’ll be looking for more reasons to make another one!

After putting the base of the book together, I covered all of the pages with patterned paper and 4 x 4-inch journaling cards, which I decorated with ephemera and fussy cut elements.

I hope I’ve inspired you to print your photos and create a mini-book with some of your favorite summer memories this year!

Thank you for visiting and I hope you will stop by again soon for more inspiration!
