Welcome to day ten of our 12 Days of Holiday Giving event! We are so excited to finish off this week with creative team member Becki Adams, who is sharing one gorgeous mini album! If you’ve never created a mini before, know that the effort of creating it is truly worth it—you’ll understand when you see Becki’s walk-through video below!
Hello, Scrapbook & Cards Today friends! It’s Becki here to share a mini album that I created using the Bella Blvd Merry Little Christmas collection. The holidays are the perfect time to create a mini album! There are so many photos and special memories! I created this fun little album to tell the story of our Christmas season in 2019.
Supplies | Bella Blvd Merry Little Christmas collection: patterned paper, die cuts, stickers, chipboard, puffy stickers, Bella Pops, acetate; American Crafts: white cardstock; Scrapbook.com: Chipboard; 49 Market: binder mechanism: Scrapbook.com: liquid adhesive, tape runner adhesive; Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L: foam squares; Font: American Typewriter
I started with white textured cardstock and chipboard sheets from Scrapbook.com. I cut the chipboard down to size and covered it in white cardstock. Then, I added the binder mechanism with strong double-sided tape. This made adding, removing, and rearranging pages so easy!
On the inside of the front and back covers, I created a pocket with patterned paper. I love adding interactive elements to my mini albums! If you’d like to see all of the interactive elements in this album. Come over to the Scrapbook & Cards Today YouTube channel. I have a fun walkthrough video shared over there.
Each white cardstock page measures 5 ¼” x 4 ½”. On top of each of those white pages, I added patterned paper pages measuring 4 ½” x 4”. I love having a standard size of pages in a mini album. It makes the creative process so much more fun if I don’t have to resize every page.
The Merry Little Christmas collection is so fun! One of my favorite elements in this collection is the cute little houses! I love the variety of colors and sizes throughout the collection! I also had fun with the 12×12 acetate. The stripes are so fun! I added an acetate page right in the middle of my album!
I also LOVED the tags in this collection. I used them throughout this album. Whether in a pocket or layered together on a page, they’re a personal favorite! I am SO happy with how this album came together! It’s so much fun to create a holiday album each year. Take a look at this video to see the entire album:
If you haven’t made a holiday mini album before, grab the Merry Little Christmas collection from Bella Blvd and start creating! Happy Holidays and happy crafting, my friends!

With our family scattered I don’t get to do the big Turkey dinner any more. But I have to say a few years back I did Gordon Ramsay’s turkey recipe, stuffed with lemons and herbs, and it was my new favourite way to cook a bird. Another lovely project by Becki!
My favorite holiday recipe would be the scrambled egg casserole that I do for Christmas morning. Or sticky popcorn. Hard to decide.
My favorite holiday goodie is chocolate peanut butter fudge. My mom used to make it. Not mixed together, a layer of chocolate and then a layer of PB on top.
My favorite family recipe is a stuffing recipe. The trick is to triple it and make it in the slow cooker!!
My mother in law, Lorraine would make a Hapkeuken (cinnamon and nut bread) every year for Christmas Eve dinner. It’s a German recipe handed down. I would make it but it wasn’t the same as Lorraine’s. My husband loves it, it reminds him of his mom.
I follow a peppermint cookie recipe that is to die for! Thanks for the Mer giveaways!!
My favourite holiday recipe is cucumber salad. It was my grandpas favourite at Christmas dinner. ♥️
Love how you can make so many different
designs with this collection. Love the
village street. thanks for sharing.
My favorite holiday recipe is a pan of small ham and Swiss cheese biscuits. I can’t wait to make some and can’t wait to eat them
Every year growing up my mom made us a Hungarian Coffee cake. It was a pull apart pastry with cinnamon and nuts. So rich and tasty
Beautiful little album! This is one of those projects I’ve bought all the materials for (last Christmas) and just can’t “get it going”. Maybe seeing this one will give me the push I need. Favorite holiday recipe: is a list of about 7 must haves from my childhood.
Becki’s mini album is adorable! What a great family gift to make and cherish every year! My family’s favorite traditional holiday food are my grandmother’s recipe for clover leaf rolls that we all make together! Regardless of the menu, they go with everything and are delicious!
My favorite holiday recipe is for my mother-in-law’s raisin cookies. I have never had any other cookie that comes close to these little bundles of awesomeness.
Loving all the cute characters and embellishments to create this albusm.
It has to be my family recipe for the turkey dressing. I grew up I NB with turkey dressing having a mashed potato base and a handful of summer savoury. Now that I am married and live in MB I make what we refer to as western dressing for my husband (the ‘normal’ bread based dressing) and for me, eastern dressing with potatoes. It tastes like home.
My favorite holiday recipe was an almond crescent powdered sugar cookie. I used to make them with my grandmother and they were absolutely delicious! I don’t have as much time now to make those type of recipes, but I enjoy watching my daughter take over the kitchen when she comes home! Her enthusiasm for cooking and baking is a joy to watch!!
I don’t cook so i don’t have recipes but i love all the food! Especially stuffing!
I recently tried a new to me recipe…roasted sweet potatoes and green apples. It’s so delicious and fills the kitchen with a wonderful aroma. I will be making it often…yum.
I love mini albums and this one is so cute.
Our favorite family tradition Christmas morning is Sticky Buns made the night before to rise and be perfect for the oven in the morning. Yum
My favorite holiday recipe is our fudge recipe. Each year we add a new flavor.. this years was Dark chocolate coffee espresso with toffee crunch!!

I always make our family recipe for Biscotti for my dad. My Great GMother brought it over from Italy in the early 1900’s.
My mom had a sugar cookie recipe that to this day her great grandkids still want every year even after she’s been gone.
This mini-album looks fantastic! Great prizes offered today :)
My mom has this really easy chocolate recipe that we call “turtles” (nothing to do with the Turtles chocolates with a caramel center sold at the store). Part of the Christmas tradition.
My grandmother used to make rosettes (a fried pastry dough shaped like a flower) and then you sprinkle on some powdered sugar. I really miss them! Really fun mini album, thanks for sharing!
My Mom’s stuffing was always my favourite part of Christmas dinner!
I love Bella Blvd & Creative Memories.
Great prizes! I make caramel popcorn every Christmas that is a family favourite.
Beautiful Christmas memory album. The colors are so vibrate and cheery in both collections.
My favorite holiday recipe is strawberry frosted shortbread cookies. I make them for the cookie swap. I really want to make one of these mini albums. Thanks for sharing.
My favorite holiday recipe would have to be my dad’s peanut brittle. We made it together every year.
Adorable mini album!! My favorite recipe was what we called “Boiled Cookies”. My mom and dad left those for me and my older brother to make each year and we ate probably 1/2 of them before my parents even saw they were done!!
Hi everyone.
My favourite Christmas dish is the delicious cherry cheesecake that my mother brought each year for Christmas dinner. Unfortunately, she now suffers from dementia and is no longer able to contribute her baking. But, after a thorough search of her recipe box, we were able to locate the recipe…and now my husband has taken up the role of creating the cheesecake for us each year!
MY favorite holiday recipe is my Dads homemade caramel. Love the little book, so cute with The Bella Blvd.
My favorite old family recipe is Homemade See’s Carmel’s. My Dad was the Christmas Candy maker & he had gotten this recipe from a friend, and while it take a LONG (3 1/2 hrs) time to cook the end result is Melt in your Mouth YUMMY Goodness!!
Such a wonderful album Becki! Thank you to Bella Blvd and Creative Memories for such great prizes! Hmmmmm, outside of the treats, one of my favourites is definitely cabbage rolls, a family tradition for us to have them on Christmas day with the turkey dinner. And a new favourite is a Peppermint Trifle that I’ve made on occasion for dessert at Christmas, although I substitute spearmint for peppermint since I don’t like peppermint.
Beautiful collections & wonderful mini album! Favorite recipe is one for pumpkin bread given to me by an extended family member. Hubby loves it & I often make it for gifts.
I guess my favorite holiday recipe is my ginger snaps. They are NO GOOD to just eat. You must DIP THEM. YUMMY
My favorite holiday recipe would be so hard to choose! Between Dark Chocolate Peppermint Torte, Greek Green Beans from my husband’s grandmother and my sister’s stuffed dates I have to have them all.
My favorite holiday recipe is fudge. It is so simple and easy to make. I get so many compliments on how fantastic it is and folks are amazed when I tell them it has 4 ingredients and I make it in the microwave. Thanks for the chance to win these great Christmas lines from 2 of my favorite manufacturers.
My favourite holiday recipe is the Wife Saver we have for Christmas breakfast every year. It’s a crowd pleaser! Love Becki’s mini album! Both collections from Bella Blvd and Creative Memories look fabulous.
