Welcome back for another day of Partner Celebration fun, friends! Despite the heat, we are excited to get into fall collections, and the latest from Close to My Heart are certainly making us want to curl up with a book and get cozy! Let’s take a look at what they are sharing today, and don’t miss the YouTube Premiere this evening where you can see more!

Hi there! We’re delighted to be back with a fabulous new autumn paper collection called Cozy Up.

As with all of our paper collections, the Cozy Up collection centers around a beautiful 12″ x 12″ paper collection with a sticker sheet featuring a variety of icons, titles, sentiments borders, and more. To go along with the paper packet, we’re also prepared a set of enamel dots, a pack of cardstock sheets in coordinating colors, a digital art collection, two stamp + Thin Cuts sets, and two workshop kits!

All of these coordinating products work together seamlessly to give you the ultimate creative flexibility. Whether you want to follow along with one of our workshop projects or take your own approach, you’ll find everything you need for crafting autumn scrapbook pages, cards, and more with this truly cozy collection.

While we absolutely love every element of this collection, we want to take a minute to look a bit closer at the Cozy Up—Scrapbooking Stamp + Thin Cuts set. This set includes 10 of our top quality clear stamps paired with metal Thin Cuts dies that are designed to cut perfectly coordinating paper shapes for some of the stamp designs.

As you can see, this set highlights one of our favorite autumn activities: reading! Of course, we love reading year round, but there is something extra delicious about snuggling up with a good book during the autumn season, which is where the inspiration for this set comes in! In the image above, the highlighted images are the ones that have a coordinating die to make it easier to cut the stamp image and use it as an accent on your artwork. Here’s a sample page we created using this set:

The Cozy Up papers make an excellent backdrop for a few pictures that highlight our love of reading. We especially love the book border sticker in the center of the page. As you take in the elements of you page, you can see how nicely the other various stickers—including the title and other sentiments around the page—coordinate with our stamped images.

We’ve stamped several of the sentiment sets as well as the book stack, teacup, and open book images. These three designs have been cut out using the coordinating dies and then brought to life with some soft colored pencil shading.

But one of the best things about stamp sets is that, while they are often designed to work with a certain collection, they are versatile enough to work apart from them, too! Karen Pedersen demonstrates this wonderfully in this video, where she takes the Cozy Up—Scrapbooking stamp set in a different direction to show that it is not strictly tied to creating autumn artwork!
