Honestly I am new to mix media, I am trying to embrace it!
mixed media is so easy to incorporate into card-making! using a texture paste with stencils is my fave technique
Adding texture paste would be the way.
I have just discovered pastes and am enjoying them.
So pretty. I love using oxide inks and embossing on my cards.
I am a mixed media artist wanna be…LOL I have fell in love with all texture pastes lately, especially lunar and solar pastes by Simon Hurley.
I mostly use stencils and mediums on cards, do minimal junk journaling
I don’t know that I’ve used any mixed media when making anything scrap/crafty. I’m willing to give it a shot though.
This card is gorgeous, Libby! I love using watercolors on my cards. They are so beautiful and give you such good results!!!
Love using lunar and solar paste! They are a game changer.
Love your card! Loving using watercolors and embossing!
You are right, way out of my comfort zone, but the results are stunning. I may give it a try!
I’m thinking mixed media is a fun thing to do!
I like to use paste wirh my stencils!
Mixed media is new to me. I’m still very cautious about it.
I don’t use mixed media on my cards. I did like Libby’s C&C Delivered class. I may try watercoloring on some of my cards.
love adding texture with pastes and glitter!
I’ve been playing around with mixed media in an art journal. It lets me experiment and learn as I go.
Really enjoying the mixed media. Got to finish yardwork though. Thank u Libby
Hmmmm…not big on mixed media but the most I do is texture paste with a stencil but that would be it :)
I add texture with paint splatters, embossing and stencils and paste. Beautiful work Libby!
Texture pastes (including the new to me lunar and solar pastes that I learned about from Simon H during the most recent Crop & Create Fall event) + stencils are my mixed media go-to…for now. Curious about mica sprays and distress crayons, as well.

I think my favorite way to use mixed media is embossing folders and stencils. You can use these tools to add texture without too much bulk. I mail most of my cards so I don’t want them too thick for mailing. Thanks for the chance to win!
Thank you for showing fun ways to use mix media!
I just started experimenting with texture paste.
Like to add texture with stencils & extra product on plain paper to use later. Paint spatters are always fun
The most mixed media I use is some kind of paste through a stencil.
I have not used mixed media too much. Libby’s class is definitely outside my comfort zone, however I just might be trying some of those techniques with the paste.
Such a beautiful card by Libby! I love to add ink/paint splatters to my cards. I also love foundry wax and the HA wax to add beautiful shine.
Since I don’t like too much cleanup, I tend to use mixed media for backgrounds.
I start with stencils that I use with inks or texture paste, and then a little paint splatter or stamping for a subtle background works for me!
I’ve only used different textures with papers. I love the way Libby added texture to the embossed paper.
I love adding colour to my cards (and scrapbook pages) using ink and stencils.
Though I love the look, don’t use too much mixed media. I am getting into the Simon Hurley paste and using the Cloud Whip from C & C more.
I have stencil paste that I enjoy placing over my stencils. Recently I was gifted Simon Hurley Solar Paste all of them, and have used one of them to add texture and a bit of shine to a stamped image.
I love doing mixed media on as many projects as I can. If for sure is one my favorite to do
WOW! Never thought of using so many layers of medium for texture. Gotta try that! Thanks for a great tip on die cutting after drying some paste.
I love all mixed media and especially paste through stencils
I am excited to try your mixed media techniques. Your card was beautiful.
Love your live videos Libby! Beautiful colors!
I love mixed media! Addicted to watching youtube videos on it. Just need to jump in and do it myself instead of just watching!
Such a beautiful card! Thank you, Libby!
Thanks for the live demo! Your golden, leafy card turned out great!
I like to use paste with a stencil.
Embossing folders and pastes with stencils.
I love the stencils and all types of pastes. Stunning card and great instructions. Thanks Libby!!!
I love using gilding wax through stencils. Subtle shine but adds so much.
Love paint splattering!
Such a beautiful card. Love the watercolor and all the texture. ❤️
Thanks for the video. I’m interested in growing my comfort with multimedia.
Love this! Mixed media has always intimidated me. You made it look so easy and beautiful! Definitely want to give it a try now.
I hesitate to use Mixed Media because I am not good at it. But watching all these videos is very inspiring.
